This is a new and unique system for punching the standard “mushroom” holes for disc binding. Whether you use Levenger Circa, Staples ARC, Happy Planner, Office Max TUL, or any other disc system, this punch will produce standard size, perfect holes. The system includes 2 ways to measure the spacing between holes and complete instructions. The punch is a durable tool that can punch up to 8 sheets at one time. It can also punch plastic cover material up to 0.04" (1mm). This punch has been custom-made for Handy Forms.
